My car gave out on me coming home from an er visit, and I dont have gas and food $$ much less car repair, and I have several dr visits and a surgery coming up across town and my sister's funeral.

My friend hurt her knee and needed surgery. It took 3+ months. The surgery is complete and now the surgical site is infected. She’s miserable.
